This October marks our eleventh year of uniting as a community to support patients battling cancer in the South Sound. Your dedication has made a profound impact, and we can’t wait to come together again on Saturday, October 5th for Beer & Bites.

What are you most looking forward to at this year's Beer & Bites? What do you most enjoy about this event?
We all know someone touched by cancer. The fact that this event helps patients access treatments they otherwise wouldn't have available to them is incredible. We’re raising money for hope—hope for a cure, hope for more time. That’s what makes Beer & Bites so meaningful.
It’s amazing to see so many friends and colleagues come together for the same purpose. The atmosphere is unique—casual, yet deeply impactful. We’re here to enjoy ourselves, but also to make a difference.
Why is Beer & Bites important to the South Sound community?
We’re supporting our own. The number of patients who are fighting for their lives, some of whom we know personally, makes this event so important. Beer & Bites gives us a way to show our community support.
Can you share a memorable moment from a past Beer & Bites?
Last year's speakers were incredibly moving. Tom, speaking on behalf of Adeline, a CARE patient, talked about hope and possibilities. It was profound and a reminder of why we do this.
What would you say to someone attending Beer & Bites for the first time?
Get ready for a fun, inspiring evening. You’ll see friends, have a great time, and most importantly, you’ll make a difference. Be prepared to give generously, because every dollar raised changes lives. This is a place to be humbled, inspired, and excited about the impact we can have together.
