Sally joined the South Sound CARE Foundation as its first Executive Director in 2017. She is a native of the northwest and has lived in the South Sound for 30 years. Before joining the South Sound CARE Foundation, Sally held the position of Director of Development at Lighthouse Christian School in Gig Harbor for 13 years. She served on the executive leadership team and had responsibility for all fundraising activities and donor relations.

Sally is passionate about the South Sound community and has been involved in volunteer capacities with multiple organizations including Tacoma Rotary 8, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Harbor Hope House, Gig Harbor Sports Boosters and Harbor Christian Center.
